How to Use

Option 1: Targeted Oil Massage
Apply a small amount of oil directly to the desired area and massage gently using slow, circular motions. Ideal for areas that feel tense, tender, congested, or in need of lymphatic support. Use once or twice daily as part of your routine.

Option 2: Castor Oil Pack / Compress (Deeper Use)
Saturate a natural cotton cloth or flannel with the oil.
Place the cloth directly over the area of focus.
Cover with a breathable wrap or towel to keep in place.
Leave on for 1–5 hours, or overnight if comfortable.

For a deeper experience, apply gentle warmth using a hot water bottle or heating pad placed over the cloth.

Reapply oil to the cloth as needed. Cloths can be reused and washed between uses.

Best time to use: Evening or during rest, when the body is relaxed.
