When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days, but during high-demand periods (as each item is handmade in small batches), please allow up to 3–7 working days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to the UK, EU, and selected international regions. Shipping rates will appear at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Standard shipping is also available at a flat rate for smaller orders.
Can I use your products internally?
No. All our products are strictly for external use only in line with UK compliance. We recommend doing your own research and seeking guidance if needed.
Are your products organic?
We use wild-harvested or organically grown ingredients wherever possible. Everything is free from pesticides, sulphates, and additives — always clean, always pure.
Where are your products made?
All products are hand-bottled, packed, and prepared in the UK with intention and care. We work with trusted global suppliers to source premium herbs and oils.
Can I get a refund or return my order?
Due to the nature of wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened goods. If there's a problem with your order, reach out — we’re here to help and always aim to make it right.
