Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days, though during busy periods or due to the handmade nature of our products, it may take up to 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £50

  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent): £3.99

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries in the EU and worldwide.

  • International delivery (tracked): starts from £14.99

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 working days, depending on location
    (Customers are responsible for any customs/import fees.)

Fulfilment Location
All items are shipped from the UK.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Once dispatched, we rely on couriers for safe delivery. If your parcel seems delayed:

  • Check your tracking info (provided via email).

  • If undelivered after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
